She is a great doctor and a very caring and professional person. I wish I had known about her 30 years earlier.
Went to See Dr. Kaiser with a fissure and was treated by her for almost a year, she recommended to have surgery for a fistula that developed during my pregnancy (I was 12 weeks pregnant). I decided to have a second opinion and saw a different surgeon who told me that there was no signs of the fissure or/and fistula. BE AWARE! She basically recommended a unnecessary surgery risking my pregnancy.
I am very pleased and satisfied with the quality of care I have received from Dr Kaiser and her staff. I have been a patient for 5 years and have zero complaints. The doctor and her staff are very caring, professional and takes time with you during your visit. When scheduled for any procedures, Dr Kaiser has a text messaging system the office uses to remind you and keep you on track so you won’t forget your part by not being fully prepared or missing any instructions or missed appointments.
I highly recommend dr. Kaiser and her staff, they provided excellent care, they were very courteous and very helpful in the preparation for the procedure and following the procedure.
I've had two colonoscopies performed by Dr. Kaiser and I trust her with my life. I had my 2nd "scope" just yesterday and came through it just fine and no after effects. Dr. Kaiser is great at her profession.
Love the office personnel and Dr. Kaiser very caring and accommodating.I highly recommend her!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Kaiser, and I was quite nervous, not knowing what to expect. Shannon, the nurse, has a great personality and made me feel at ease. Dr. Kaiser was very professional, listened to my concerns, and answered my questions. I was very apprehensive about the procedure for the exam; however, my concerns quickly vanished, as Dr. Kaiser completed my exam in a timely manner. Her office staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful in completing necessary forms.

Professional, courteous & competent staff & doctor. The doctor listens well & thoroughly explains the situation. She was approachable & made me feel comfortable. I could tell she cared cared about my health. The staff follows her lead & represents the practice well.
