We had a horrible experience with Dr. Okada when my mother presented with persistent abdominal pain and discomfort. Instead of taking her symptoms seriously, Dr. Okada brushed them off as “nothing to worry about,” casually promised to run a few tests, and then left my mother waiting for hours with no updates, no communication, and no explanation. THE best doctor I have ever had. Dr. Okada takes her time to listen and is very thorough in treating all medical concerns. And on top of all that, she is very kind.
