Ive never had a worse experience at a pediatricians office. We just moved into town, made an appointment there, they forgot to get my phone number so never called to confirm the appointment, so I called and they never answered the 4 times I tried, had no answering machine, and their message said they didnt open until 9am. So I assumed I mustve written down our 8:30am appt wrong. And couldnt talk to anyone to figure it out. So frustrating. Wonderful office! Very kind and gentle with my daughter, will call back if any questions even for a nervous new mom.
I absolutly love this team! They take the time to get to know all of their patients and it is always a pleasure to see each and every Doctor. Even if its the doctor on call I they make my children feel much better and me too!!
