Well, she knows a lot about being psycho, haha in the real though she's smart and aware and is kind and understanding she's had quite a life and can relate to a lot of situations. Give her your trust, future patients. -P
Extremely dissatisfied with Mrs. Bitanga’s performance. I contacted her twice, via the portal, email and by phone to discuss details about my underage son’s situation and I only received one reply promising to call me, which never happened. After my second attempt to contact her, leaving a voicemail on her direct line, there was no response. Completely unprofessional.
She demonstrates exceptional understanding of complex circumstances. I would highly recommend her for anyone experiencing depression but especially military personnel
