We have used Jacoby Company for many years and in many houses because their quality, care and reliability are excellent! I haven't used Jacoby Company for window treatments but I reached out to Cary Jacoby for advice on an issue with my current window treatments. She was very nice, responsive, and helped me sort out the issue even though my current treatments were not purchased from her. I so appreciated her input and will consider her if I ever need any window treatments.
