Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. They were extremely responsive and gave me so much vital information. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
