I have not been as good a patient as I should have considering I am diabetic. However, they really do have great staff and focus on diabetic health. Their nutrition classes and patient information is extremely helpful and the doctor actually participates in the orientation and I feel they are there for you and not just going through the notions.

While the office personnel were fine and the other professionals quite good, Dr Jacobson is very condescending and had a horrible bedside manner. I would not recommend him to anyone. He needs some anger management classes along with lessons in listening and respecting his patients.
Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I noticed that the waiting room chairs were pretty average at this office. Nothing too luxurious but not bad. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
