Q This review is based on the fact that Dr. Jacobson consistently over-schedules his appointments. Today I had to wait forty five minutes for a simple blood draw lab test. The receptionist was abrupt with me when I asked for an update after 30 minutes: “ can’t you see how busy we are?” No respect for my time! Dr. Jacobson is an excellent doctor but ultimately he is responsible for the whole patient experience and it is consistently poor!
My visit with Dr Jacobson allayed my concerns regarding my thyroid. He struck me as knowledgeable in all areas regarding the thyroid and offered sound advice where I should proceed next to resolve my health issues. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of someone with his expertise.
Dr. Jacobson is an excellent doctor. He explains things well. Years ago, when I didn't have an insurance, he told me not to stop coming because he didn't want me to get sick. He waived his fee until I was able to get insurance. Now that's a doctor!
I have been a patient of Dr Jacobson for 25 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He is very patient, explains things very well, and is very thorough. He also has great bedside manners which is hard to find in a doctor these days.
I was a previous patient calling to return and was told that I owed 17 bucks and had to pay before I could make an appointment. I said " that is a shame that I cant pay that when I come in the office" The billing person Tanya says some pretty bold comments and I said, "How am to pay?" She puts me on hold for 20 minutes after saying since I want to be rude. Keep in mind , I was never rude and when I said she was being rude, she hung up.
