RecommendedShort version: the owners of the shop are amazing people. About a year and a half ago my girlfriend was driving my car and got hit by someone who ran a light. The car spun out, windows shattered, and severe damage was done to the side. The woman who owned this shop just so happened to drive by, and saw the accident. Their repair shop has fast and friendly service. They gave me a courtesy car to use for the day while mine was being worked on. Wonderful place to do business.
We've purchased from Jacobson in the past, and hadn't needed a vehicle for awhile. As we were looking for a 3rd vehicle, we decided to stop in and take a look on Saturday since they just posted a Nissan Sentra we were interested in seeing and they always seems to have quality inventory. Max and Nick couldn't have been more helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They made the experience of purchasing a vehicle super easy and pleasant! Absolutely amazing. I needed a new car after my truck went bad. They were quick about getting me approved for a loan. The price was astounding. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.
Amazing staff. They really helped me out today. My car needed to be fixed and they bent over backwards to get it done, and made sure the issue was resolved. I am so very grateful for their skilled and knowledgeable staff. They also made sure I got to my doctor apt when the fix for my car took a little longer. Thank you.
Nick was extremely helpful and not pushy what so ever. I was a little worried about buying from a smaller car lot but was nothing less than impressed with my experience today.
