Their customer service is AMAZING. Got a flat last night and left a message, hoping to hear from them in the morning, and they responded that night AND got my car in the next day.
Just bought a new SUV and they were very helpful. They were super patient and easy to work with. We had a problem with one of the keys the next day and they took care of it, no problem. Would definitely suggest looking at Jacobson if you're looking for a very nice, newer, reasonably priced vehicle.

I spent a month looking at used cars at many dealerships from Green Bay to Oshkosh. Lots of used car dealers are just that. They sell used and abused cars that are shiney on the surface but have issues that will cost you $$$ down the road. Jacobson gets well maintained low mileage cars and brings them up to next to new condition. My Mazda had all new premium tires, new brakes and was fully detailed inside and out. I worked with Alex, Max, and Don. They all were great to work with. I won't buy a used car anywhere else.
Just bought my second vehicle from Jacobsons and so happy with how fast and smoothly the transaction went. Max was great, answered all my questions and was super friendly and efficient.
