They were a provider on my work legal insurance. Very organized format pre consult. Welcome video and reminders. Consult was rushed 15 minutes. Was told needed to review my insurance and would get back to me. They knew my insurance prior to consult and knew my case area prior to consult. It’s been two weeks. I have called office, written multiple emails to check in and literally no reply. No follow up. Literally no reply!
