Amazing customer service from the office (Flo-very professional and handles task quickly-efficiently) to servicing your home (Jacob and others), they go beyond customer satisfaction. Jacob did a great job in helping us get rid of a German cockroach infestation in our home (south LA area). We had been dealing with it for months. We had tried everything to get rid of them with Advion gel, combat products, traps, etc. Jacob used his own specialized products (gel) and wiped them out. There was no need for tent fumigation. He provided great fast responsive service at a fair price. I totally recommend.
