I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing team. We had septic and drain line problems on and off for a long time and had been working with another plumber who gave us a very high estimate for the repair and did not seem eager to handle the work. I wanted to leave another review for this plumbing team because their work was outstanding and absolutely deserves five stars. Justin and Marc did a great job finding and repairing leaks in our home, and the whole service visit went smoothly from start to finish. i have used this plumbing service twice now, and both visits left me very pleased with Marc's honesty, quick response, and helpful attitude. The pricing was fair, which was a nice bonus compared with what i had paid elsewhere for less service. It is hard to say what stands out most about him: plumbing skills, honesty, or customer care. all of it was excellent. Just wanted to give a shout out to Justin, the plumbing service technician who came out to my home on Sunday for a pinhole leak in a hot water line in the ceiling. I had already found the leak and set up a few temporary pans to help control the water, and Justin took over from there. Incredible service from Jacob & Sons Plumbers. The hair salon i manage in Los Angeles had a gas leak caused by a cracked pipe and needed fast repair right away. i called around 4:30pm and explained the situation, including that we really needed the problem fixed before clients arrived the next morning. marc was very helpful and made sure our request was handled quickly, and justin offered a convenient appointment to help us keep the salon running smoothly.
