Jacob. Our realtor Russ had retired, and we immediately took him up on his referral of Jacob. BEST. CHOICE. EVER. He listened... he seamlessly adjusted every time we needed him to... and he just to care of things. My favorite thing about Jacob is that he has this thing called INTEGRITY. He ended up representing the buyer and seller, so he reduced his fee. My hubs called him to correct the closing paperwork and Jacob stuck to the new terms because he felt it was the right thing to do.
