Everyone in the office is very pleasant!
Dr Koch and his staff were extremely friendly and professional. The office is beautiful and they throughly explained every step of the process. My daughter is extremely happy with her braces!
I loved their welcome and how fast they handle customers , their payment plans and how friendly the staff was . THUMBS UP
My daughter was extremely anxious about getting her braces put on, but Wendy was super patient with her and explained everything she was doing. Although my daughter probably deserved the "most nervous patient EVER award" she was given a hug at the end instead. As a mom, I truly appreciated Wendy's care and concern for my child.
Today we were in and out quickly, and they even remembered my daughter's birthday at the end of the month and gave her a cupcake before she left. Very wonderful staff!
I was feeling very overwhelmed with picking out an orthodontist for our oldest son. I asked several friends on FB and still felt unsure. In the end, I decided to call the orthodontist that my dentist had recommended, Dr. Koch. The staff here are very professional and friendly, explained what we need to do to continue to prepare for Joshua's braces. Good and patient with the kids as well as overbearing parents with lots of questions like myself :)
From my consultation appointment to the day I got my adult braces, Koch Orthodontics did not disappoint. The staff has been welcoming, reassuring and professional. Today, I was nervous and scared. Dr. Koch and his team are amazing. They are all very friendly. They have not only done my braces but my son's too!! I love the place!!! I would recommend this orthodontist to any one who needs to have braces!!! Financing available!!
