Dr. Jarvis worked with me, very patiently, to get me set up in braces and gradually get the stubborn little guy to move where he was supposed to be. Having happy friendly staff really makes a difference. The only suggestion I could even think of for improvement is having creamer for the coffee in the lobby...lol.
