My son was in your Eagle office for the first step in getting started on the Invisalign treatment with Dr. Jarvis. The waiting room was comfortable and the receptionist friendly. I appreciated the orthodontist assistant coming out at the end of the visit to share the next steps with me. I also appreciated the visit starting in a timely fashion.
"It was so hard to see my daughter miserable after they put the spacer in a few weeks ago. It broke my heart. The past 2 weeks have been rough, but she's made it through and she is getting accustomed to it now -- as we all are. We are excited that it's working! We are going to see her teeth taken care of! The staff was very friendly and attended to all my needs and wants. I had to get impressions for a new retainer and Mary Beth (I think her name was) was absolutely fantastic and she made sure my experience was the best one possible.
Great Customer service and dental assistant/hygienist made my son feel at ease and visit went very smooth! She explained what she was doing and to my son who is 11 and it made him more comfortable.
" DR. JARVIS AND STAFF ARE THE BEST! MY SON JUST HAD HIS BRACES PUT ON AND HIS ASSISTANT KELSEY DID AN AMAZING JOB :) WHAT A SMOOTH APPOINTMENT WITH FINANCES AND SPLITTING MY ACCOUNT WITH MY EX HUSBAND. My daughter is SO eager to please and worried about letting people down so when she broke her first (and hopefully ONLY) bracket she was so upset. She was so worried that she got me worried about how the reaction from the staff would make her feel. In keeping with all of our previous experiences the staff, along with Dr. Jarvis, were incredible in their reaction.
