Dr Jarvis and his staff were welcoming from the beginning. This included my phone call to his office. I was taken back right away to have my initial consult. Dr Jarvis was very patient with me and answered any questions I had. He never pressured me stating I have to correct my teeth, but showed me my options should I decide to take the next step. We love this place! Everyone is professional as well as friendly.
When I got my braces on and adjusted it was very easy and didn't cause much pain while I got them. I think it was an overall good experience.
Received a free Invisalign consultation. Process was quick and easy (as was the wait time beforehand), very helpful as I had all 4 kids with me. Everyone was friendly, our questions were answered. Our print off of the results/expected cost was a little confusing (wasn't exactly the same as what we were told in person) but we got the general idea.
