Very disappointing. My mother was referred to Dr Hoffmann for her chronic back pain. He gave her about 7-10 minutes of his time in which he provided NO suggestion or guidance. It was a waste of her time and he will collect the Medicare $ for the office visit. She left feeling very let down as she had hoped to see a doctor that would actually want to help her with her pain. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Dr hoffman did emergency spinal fusion surgery for cervical stenosis. Had excellent results. Would recommend him unequivocally. Going to do my fusion surgery for severe spinal stenosis later this year.
I was referred to him to have an epidural and he refused to do it and I have been in so much pain he didn’t listen to a word I said he was useless
Had my first appointment with Doctor Hoffman yesterday I was very impressed and would recommend him to anyone who has a spinal injury
Himself and the staff are awful. They do not care about your pain, they let you go days without eating or drinking. Say you need something done at 7am and by 530pm still have excuses as to why you are not getting the treatment you need. Promising you are next, they are coming to get you and time still goes by. Will NEBER recommend Dr Hoffman or Akron general to anyone.
