HORRIBLE FOLLOW THROUGH! The office has changed who has been handling my case more than once, I've aleady had contact with at least 3-5 different persons. I requested a copy of my contract from them since December, and have not gotten anything sent via email or regular mail. I can never get a call back from anyone in a timely manner, either they don't answer, and you can't even leave a message because the mailbox is FULL!!!
