He’s the best. Dr Tulipan did surgery on my right thumb 2 years ago. Injured it in a bad fall. He explained everything to me and best options. Tried PT and shots but no success. Finally had surgery and today I now have 100% mobility. Dr Tulipan is the BEST and everything a Doctor should be. Thanks Doc
