Honestly very disappointing. i’m not one to leave reviews but I have had many bad encounters here now and will never return. I went in for a flu, and strep test. The nurse acted like she was scared to even be in the same room with me in the case I had something. She handed me the tests and said “here you can take these yourself” what??? I’m not even sure if I took them correctly because I had no Idea what I was doing. I complained and they did nothing, but charge me for it. Getting charged to take my own tests, insane. Y’all better be glad I’m reading my bible and trying to be slow to anger, this doctor does not have the patients best interest at heart. He does not listen to true concerns. He must have personal issues to be so rude. I will leave it at that. We as a family of 5 don’t recommend & will never be back.
Rudest doctor.
He’s SO rude! I’ve never experienced a rude doctor. My appointments were constantly rescheduled because he would decide to take off of work. The first time he was awkward and rude I thought he was having a bad day, the next time I walked out and I’m never going back.
Dr.Sivils has the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. He is very patient, kind and helpful.
