Our Family have been customers for several years. Dr. Jaco is very good. HOWEVER, his front office staff is weak. Specifically, I was sold a pair of $600.00 glasses I cannot see out of properly. Which usually is no problem, you just return and re-prescribe. But the office "lady" I spoke to about this NEVER called me back or followed-up on my concerns.
