From the moment I walked into Jaclynâ??s Bridal, I was greeted and treated well. Mindy helped me out throughout the whole process and was the best. They have a beautiful selection of dresses and the prices are awesome. All my friends and family loved my beautiful dress.

I visited Jaclyn's this past weekend. What a great experience! Cary and Audrey are incredibly helpful - especially with ideas to "spice up" your dress and the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. I loved this shop because it was relaxed and they allowed you to pick out the dresses you wanted to try. I prefer that over having someone bringing you tons of dresses that you know from looking at aren't your style. Prices are quite reasonable, dresses were all clean. Mindy and staff were amazing. I walked in 2 months prior to my date without a appointment. I was greeted so kindly and was helped on the spot. I tried 5 dresses on and walked out with a dress purchased. There was no pressure or snooty looks like other shops. They made us feel really special. It wasn't about the money spent, but about getting me something I loved.

Jaclynâ??s Bridal was the first stop out of four on my hunt for "the dress". I have to say it was absolutely the best in terms of service, selection (for my taste anyway - I found 3 amazing gowns in one hour!), and warm consideration. I was afraid that my budget was going to get me sneered out of some places (and it definitely did in some other shops that I won't name), but I always felt like I was treated with respect and my best interests was always paramount. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. What a great experience!

I had a great experience here! They have a beautiful selection of gowns and the owner is very warm, nice and helpful. I bought my wedding dress here and everyone absolutely loved my dress. I also have it dry cleaned after my wedding and they did a remarkable job with it. I definitely recommend Jaclyn's Bridal!

This was the first and only dress shop I went to! The girl helped me every step of the way, and took care of me the whole time! I loved my dress and my bridesmaid dresses and everything came out perfectly! I definitely would recom mend Jaclyn’s Bridal. They are hands down the best in Santa Ana!

The staff at Jaclyn’s Bridal was so friendly to work with! They did an amazing job altering my dress and making it fit me perfectly. Everything, my dress and bridesmaid dresses, arrived on time and were ready WAY before the wedding! They have a great selection as well! I recommend Jaclyn’s to any future bride!
