Jaclyn Jones is less than a physician. She didn't come talk to us regarding my moms surgery and has been less than helpful with her recovery. I wouldn't send my dog to her. She doesn't care at all about her patients. Please do not waste your time.

I called the doc on call on Dec 26th. When doctor called me back, it was very apparent that she was being bothered and didnt want to talk. I explained to her this afternoon, i was sitting at the end of bed and i felt a sharp pain on the side of my knee. She told me in a bothered tone, that I just had surgery and I'm going to feel pain after surgery and was dismissive of what I was trying to tell her. On January 26th 2023 Dr Jacqueline Jones operated on my right knee. On January 26th 2023 one of Dr Jacqueline Jones surgical team tore my left long head bicep tendon. Even though, I had taken the time to explain to the team, the weakness to my left shoulder and that I wanted my shoulder taped across my chest.
