I am an avid runner and was expecting some answers to my lower extremity pain. I really didn't get much of an answer as to my issue and was told to cut back on my running and to do physical therapy which I never received a call about. My referring physician nor did my PCP receive visit notes. After calling repeatedly and sending a medical release form over a week ago I still had no records, answers or calls about referrals. I called repeatedly to get records and the office staff was rude.
