Dr. Jones and Echols have been such an amazing help throughout 2 trigger finger release surgeries, a shoulder repair surgery, a broken foot, and now a messed up knee. Another surgery, you’re wondering? Potentially. I couldn’t have a better team. With my luck and insanely clumsy disposition, I’ll be seeing them again in the not so near future. Oh, did I mention that all of this has taken place in the last 24 months or less…
Please consider using a different Dr that will not move you through their office quickly and without much regard to answering questions. Furthermore, their staff is unfriendly and unwilling to listen. They may also hang up on you, cancel your appointment, and not notify you when your appointment is cancelled due to emergency surgery.
she is a totally incompetent dr. Went in for a thumb issue, came out with a carpal tunnel revision and ulnar nerve translocation. now have permanent damage in an elbow that had no issues before the surgery and should have never been touched. still cant/ wont fix my thumb or my elbow. in therapy met 2 other victims one with permanent nerve damage from the surgery.

Not sure why someone would knock her score down based on something such as needing further x-rays, or long wait times during the height of a pandemic? Clear facts only in my review. I used her now 3 times. She did an emergency carpal tunnel surgery because a previous doctor misdiagnosed me and the ligament was causing significant and permanent nerve damage in my arm. My GP referred me to Dr. Jones, so Dr. Jones' office called me to schedule an appointment. I answered every email and text reminded. I filled out 6-7 pages of paperwork online, and Dr. Jones' office did accept my co-pay for the appointment. When I arrived for the appointment, I had to fill out more paperwork. Once I had finished completing the additional paperwork, Dr. Jones' RN came to the waiting room to tell me that Dr. Jones does not see patients without having a particular x-ray or imaging before the appointment. Dr. Jaclyn Jones is seeing my 82 year old father in the hospital for a hip fracture. Great bedside manner, explained surgical procedure intermsnwhere dad could understand. Famiky is pleased with ongoing care.
Year after a ganglion cyst removal, and ive been complaining about still having pain in the surgical area even a couple months after the surgery and the doctor Jones said everything was fine to give everything time to heal. Well I just got an appointment with another doctor and he ran an mri and come to find out one of my nerves had been nicked during the surgery. Dr. Jaclyn Jones worked miracles on my shoulders. I was in intense pain and she recommended cortisone shots. Result was nirvana. No more pain for months. Dr. Jones listens intently and responds with all options. She honestly tells the patient of the pros and cons of what results could be. Dr. Jones is knowledgeable, professional and simply just a lovely person who definitely cares about her patients.
