Terribly cold arrogant like a dictating Mason, does not like to answer questions. His office lied/ exaggerated to my Optometrist about missed appointments and I had tongo to another town.
Peterborough clinic office.Most part it was good ,staff was awesome ,But there is no reason for appointments to take 1.5 - 2 hours. It took maybe 15 mins to do all the testing they needed to do and sat there for over a hour.In total before eye and after eye surgery I lost total work time of 9 hrs not impressed.
Very slow in his Peterborough clinic office. There is no reason for appointments to take 1.5 - 2 hours. You do a series of tests in the first 20min then wait basically an hour for a 10min consult. Better to have two appointments - one for all the tests then a follow-up appointment where you go over the results. Either that or shorten the appointments by 30min and make it not so lengthy.
My wife had her one eyes done. Now can't see anything. All he said comes with age . He still wanted to do the other eye to make her totally blind really
I am most grateful for the continued care that Dr. Yeung and his team provide.
