RecommendedLOVE this place! My dog drags me into the front door when she knows she’s arrived and has the BEST time when she’s there for daycare. They do report cards with tons of pictures and it is awesome seeing what your little one is doing all day! The staff treats your fur baby like their own and it makes them trustworthy and compassionate. Don’t take your pets anywhere else but here 🤗❤️❤️ your fur baby will come home and sleep all day!
We absolutely love Pawville! Our Max had an amazing stay and was pampered and loved! I am so happy with Pawville and highly recommend to everyone in Jacksonville.
I took my dog here today to be groomed. She did a good job, until I got home and realized one of her ears was cut normal and the other is squared off at the top, she still has random fur hanging from a spot on her belly and under her butt and she still has a little bit of matting behind one of her ears. The price was good, the grooming could have been better. I feel like she was rushed because she was the last grooming for the day.
I took my 2 babies there for the first time last weekend, and they came back to me sooooo happy! I got a report card in the morning to show me how they’re doing, and they came home wearing some festive bandannas! They were obviously well cared for, they’re possessions were returned to me in good condition, and their prices were amazing! The staff is very helpful and let me tour the facility before I scheduled them! I will def be using them again!!
Thank you for taking such great care of Elliott and Chloe while we were gone. We were nervous boarding them for the first time but our fears were immediately gone once we saw the great care they received. They seemed disappointed we were back 😂 Great job grooming them as well. I’d highly recommend Pawville. Their staff is so affectionate with your pets and their prices are very reasonable. Thanks again everyone, we will see you again soon!
This is our second experience at Pawville Jacksonville for our extremely pampered and also extremely moody English Bulldog, Scrappy. The staff there handled him exceptionally well- attending to his quirks and even his special dietary needs. We appreciate all of their hard work to care for him while we were on our cruise. The Report Cards with photos definitely put my mind at ease while we were away. We have several more upcoming reservations and have already referred friends to use Pawville! Thanks again! Thank you all so much for giving my husband and I peace of mind while on vacation knowing our babies were in good hands and cared for. I must say that the highlight of my day was getting my pups report cards and sweet pictures of them. I also appreciate how reasonably priced you guys are and your hours of operation are super convenient.
I absolutely love Pawville and the staff that are employed here. The ladies that I have met have a real love for what they do and they absolutely make the pets their number one priority.
