We just recently discovered Pawville and are so sad we didn’t find it sooner! The quarantine has been hard on my collie since the dog parks on base closed and walks are just not enough. He comes exhausted, the staff is so friendly, and I get an email every visit with photos and videos of his day
I can’t say enough good about this place! My absolutely INSANE Australian Shepherd gets in the car at the end of the day and literally collapses and falls asleep before we even get home. They send the best pictures and sweet report cards so I get to see him having a blast while I’m at work. Their hours are super convenient so I can work longer days or run errands and not feel guilty that he is home alone. The dogs play ALL DAY, they are never crated which is super valuable to me. Absolutely loved boarding my dogs here! The staff was so friendly, looked out for my babies, and kept me updated!! The setup is also so cute here!
I've been to other groomers and boarding places around Jacksonville. I've tried animal house and did not care for them as we went on Vaca and barely got any updates even when our dog wasn't eating and came home sick from there. I ended up trying pawville as I had gotten a Groupon for it. And I will NEVER go anywhere else the staff is friendly and courteous. Great place to bring your pet i am always very nervous about leaving our baby with someone I don’t know personally but they are great he always has a blast and the photos they send you each day always make me feel much better!
Pawville is amazing. We have taken our dogs here since July and we love them! They take care of our boys so well & they always have so much fun! We will always recommend this place to anyone we know that’s local!
