Been using these guys the last couple months 2 weeks at a time they are awesome. They keep me updated with photos and my dogs look happy and always come home clean and tired from all the play time
We have never felt comfortable to board our dogs, Apollo and Zeus, but my parents recommended this place and I’m so glad we took the chance. Our dogs have some anxiety issues and can be very fearful, causing some aggressions. Pawville has been so great and accommodating. My little got to play with his bulldog-uncle (my parents’ dog.) I know my big can be especially tough, but they are still able to take care of his needs, and they have not ever made us feel like an inconvenience. Y’all, Pawville is amazing. I’m very picky when it comes to my fur babies. They both have anxiety and do not like being with new people. My girls LOVE Pawville. Every time I pick them up or drop them off they are SO excited to be there. Everyone is so kind and so caring. The girls at the front desk are absolutely awesome and they’re so stinkin’ sweet to my girls. I drive from Wilmington to Pawville Jacksonville because my dogs love it there and the staff is amazing.

Just dropped off my dog for the Hurricane and I had the best drop off experience. It smelled like Lavender as soon as I walked in and they had some amazing treats in the Lobby for my dog! Layla was so excited to be back at Pawville that she didn’t even say goodbye. Kelsey gave me all the information I needed and was so kind and professional! Best Dog hotel in Jacksonville by FAR!!!
Our 2 dogs stayed here while we were out of town. The workers are very friendly and helpful. I loved that our 2 dogs were able to stay together in one of the town homes. It was great to receive a report card and pictures letting us know how our dogs were doing. Will be using pawville in the future.
I boarded my sweet baby girl here for the last 4 days. I loved the fact that I got daily updated of her and how happy she looked in all the pictures I received. She even got her nails clipped & that as well was a fantastic job. Every staff member I encountered was over the top welcoming. I definitely will be using again when I need something. ❤️
