When I first started going to JOI, I couldn’t squat or lunge without knee pain that persisted for days. It kept me from working out and interfered with my daily life on a regular basis. I was set up with Meghan and she was fantastic! She was very attentive, thorough, and friendly. She explained what was happening in my body, what muscles we needed to strengthen to alleviate my knee pain, and gave me exercises to do at home after our onsite sessions were done. I could rattle on and on about how dr. Dale Whitaker saved me from a total knee replacement from another facility that just was out to make money! This man genuinely cares and surgery is a last resort. I was 100% lied to by someone else and thank God thank God thank God I was smart enough to heed advice from several of his patients and see this outstanding doctor.
