Instead of blowing off the medical conditions of patients, maybe you could actually listen and fix the problem. (Dr Perry). Also, don't leave patients waiting for 4 hours, forgotten and unattended. (2.5 hours in lobby, 1.5 hours in observation room until I had enough and walked out)

Doesn't seem they care about time. They make you wait even though you are first appointment of the day. An hour later and still nothing. See another doctor who cares.
