Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute is very much an assembly line operation. My Dr, Dr Kaplin could not have identified me from a two person lineup if his life depended upon the identification. Prior to my visit I consulted two separate medical professionals both of who said that an x-ray would be unnecessary, unproductive and a waste of money and resources. Just finished my six month rehab on my torn up shoulder. Dr Kaplan did an outstanding job! Robert and the whole crew at the rehab center were awesome and very professional! Lucky to have a team like this to help me recover!!
