I have been a patient of Dr Tandron for 27 years First with an acl tear Now with an arthritic knee He’s always been a great caring dr and the rehab there is outstanding I just received my first gel one injection today My knee has a dull pain for months And now 8 hours later the pain is all but gone And I hope it stays that way Thank you to everyone at JOI and Dr Tandron

Stay away if you value your health and well being. Went in for ortho knee surgery based on their recommendation. Ended up destroying my knee during procedure. After several knee drains and a procedure to treat a cyst that formed finally had to have knee replacement surgery. By the way also procedures resulted in nerve damage to my left foot. Pain is such I can no longer wear anything but flip flops as closed shoes pressures nerve resulting in chronic pain. I had neck surgery with Dr Kamback on March 16th. The pinched nerve pain and the radiating pain from the pinched nerve was gone when I woke up. I had the very best care you could possibly get. I am just so sorry I put off surgery for so many months due to being scared and now I just have to recover. The neck brace is not even uncomfortable. Dr Kamback, his PA Elizabeth keen and all of his staff are wonderful in every way. I have no complaints.

Had a 1:45 pm appointment with Dr. Perry. I arrived thirty minutes before my time and waited thirty minutes past my appointment. While talking with another patient I found that her appointment was also with Dr. Perry for 2:45 pm. They called her but nit me, I left! Maybe being the top rated orthopedics has gone to their heads.

Pat will call you and get frustrated with you even though you are in major pain and then promptly hangs up on you when she decides that she has had enough of you. She is VERY RUDE. I called back because I am pissed and I'm not stupid I know you have caller ID on the phone. She knows it's me. I cursed at her because she continued to be rude and laugh at me. I was wrong to lose control and curse but it also never ok to hang up on potential clients. You are not the only physical therapy in JAX! It is not ok to be rude and laugh... read more

First off my mother are 75 years old and disabled and needed a rotor cuff surgery So we contacted JOI for an appointment at the Baptist South location as we live three minutes from there and any surgeries we need we would like to have done at that location we were scheduled with Dr. Steinberg little did we know he worked out of the San Marco location so that meant we would have to travel down there to get the surgery preop and everything else so today we came for preop we went where we were instructed just to be told that we... read more

Review is of Dr. Jennifer Madden. Had surgery on my arm. Surgery went as planned but recovery was and continues to be a nightmare. I do not have full mobility of my arm and she has released me to full duty and I have to lift 50 pounds daily. THIS DOCTOR IS GFOING TO COST ME MY JOB WHEN SHE COULD HAVE WRIITEN AN EFFECTIVE TREATMENT PLAN. There is no way I can lift 50 lbs but she would not listen to any of my concerns. 2 hours ago Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute is very much an assembly line operation. My Dr, Dr Kaplin could not have identified me from a two person lineup if his life depended upon the identification. Prior to my visit I consulted two separate medical professionals both of who said that an x-ray would be unnecessary, unproductive and a waste of money and resources.
