I had an appointment 03/22 at the Arlington Office. Although Mary Ann is and was very sweet and helpful. I realized after I got home that the aids did not remove all the callus and I had just as much pain the next day. I called the Office and was told I had to come back to get the Doctor to determine if I could have the problem fixed without another Co-pay. Mary Anne and the entire staff are so sweet and actually caring. I have received laser hair removal (under arms) which is an ongoing process that I am seeing great results from and have a scar from surgery that made shaving almost impossible to somehow making the scar less raised an less noticeable (an added benefit I wasn't expecting). If you hate hair and have been uncomfortable elsewhere trust me with Mary Anne you will get a laugh or two in and feel like family as they check in on you after your appointments...an all aro... read more

I went to Jacksonville Laserderm to receive IPL for my sun damage and rosacea, which had been getting worse and worse. My IPL treatment was brief and comfortable and the technician put me at ease right away. As for the results – it’s amazing. The redness was gone. For the first time in years I feel like I don’t have to wear makeup. I can’t believe what I was given at this price. Other places charge at least twice as much for less than half what I received at Jacksonville Laserderm. I am definitely a returning client.
