RecommendedHave had an overall good experience with this clinic and Dr. Reddy. Had surgery in January, and so far so good. Still working through the healing process. The only thing is their new office assistant JENNA. every time I have to call regarding an appointment I ask for ANGEL so I can avoid talking to her. HER ATTITUDE IS HORRENDOUS!!!!!! Also had an issue with them not being as upfront about cost as I feel they should have been. (Unexpectedly had to pay $450 for my orthotics cash. No payment plan, no notice, nothing). My first visit to First Coast Foot and Ankle Clinic was Thursday Sepember 14th and from the moment Dr. Brimmer walked into the room, I knew I had made an excellent choice. Dr .Brimmer was knowledgeable, professional,courteous and personable. I was experiencing foot pain this morning September 22nd, called office and a staff member placed me on hold, spoke with Dr. Brimmer explaining my pain and guess what, I was given an appointment not for tomorrow, but for today. Dr. Reddy performed two bunionectomies on my feet in 2011. No, not at one time, but approx. 90 days apart. My mobility is very important to me even more so now that I am retired and living in Leesburg, FL in a 55+ community. I've worked harder on my feet since I had those two surgeries. Dr. Reddy and his staff were attentive and caring and personable. It is refreshing to encounter a foot doctor who "connects" with his patients. I would definitely recommend Dr. Reddy. They took my insurance information over the phone 1 week before my appointment, but waited until I was in the office to verify if. I waited over an hour thinking I was waiting for the doctor. No! After I checked with the secretary what is taking so long she said she was verifying my insurance and I wasn't even in line to be seen. Wow. Will not return there!

We were down a staff member due to illness and had a new staff member at check in. I Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will definitely make sure this does not happen going forward.
