I woke up unable to move. I hadn't been to a chiropractor in over 10 years. I called and they fit me in before lunch. Great experience from the office staff to the doc. They got me fixed in a hurry.

Everyone at Dr. Carlson's office has made me feel so welcomed they go above and beyond I have felt that from day one. And Dr. Carlson is the BEST his technic has helped me more than any other Chiropractor and I've seen many Chiropractors over the years. I Highly recommend Dr. Carlson and he truly cares and we need that in our Doctor's.

The staff is friendly and efficient, and Dr. Shedick's knowledge, open/easygoing manner and ability to connect with my son through their common love for sports has made our experience at Jacksonville Chiropractic a great experience. I have been going to Jacksonville Chiropractic for 6 years now for chronic neck pain and recently for some lower back issues. Dr. Carlson is the only one that has provided any relief for my back when no one else has been able to. The staff from the front desk to the massage therapists have always been super friendly, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
I've been coming here for about two years. Great professional staff. I'm always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. All the masseuse are different but do a great job. It took awhile to find a masseuse that find me but once I did they would be great. The chiropractors are great as well and use personal techniques that suit my individual needs.
I started going here for my chiropractor visits due to my car accident that I had. Dr Carlson and dr Shadick and the entire staff are very professional and the office is clean and has a calming feeling to it. The doctors are awesome because I'm treated with respect and and I'm I'm not forced to do anything I don't want to do.
