Jacksonville is a great city and taking a carriage ride would be a wonderful way to enjoy.
A company who leaves their horses in a trailer all tacked up on the side of the road in a hot trailer on a 90 degree day while they shop for reptiles for over an hour, is a company I won't do business with. God knows how long they have sat in that trailer. A trailer is not a storage unit, it's meant to move the horses from place to place and take them out when you get to your destination. Horses aren't luggage. Poor babies! Oh did I mention they have NO WATER?!
