My Granddaughters sixth birthday party was a success thanks to Jacksonville Carriage. They showed up when they said they would. The petting zoo, pony and horse rides were all done very professionally. The children ranged from one to 12 and everyone had a great time. I especially liked the way they explained everything to the kids and taught them about the different animals. Thank You for a great experience I rate 5 out of 5!

My princess was scheduled to marry her prince. Unfortunately the other carriage company we had booked, the driver took ill and could not come the night before our event. Jacksonville Carriage Company was recommended to us. Wow! Our driver and Joe, horse, were awesome. It was just meant to be them added to our blessed event. Wonderful experience! Ponies for my grandson's 2nd birthday. Set up on time, pleasant and extremely calm with the kids. My grandson was initially hesitant to ride the ponies. Their patience by walking with him to lead the pony paid off. He did ride and didn't want to get off. Definitely going to spend time on their farm next time. Definitely a 10+ out of a possible 10.

The carriage we got for our wedding was absolutely beautiful and was definitely a hit! It made it a fairytale wedding for sure!
We had a wonderful, smooth experience booking a petting zoo for my daughter's second Birthday. Bieni was very kind and professional. She quickly responded to all of my email inquiries/interactions. She arrived early and set her animals up with care and professionalism and left quietly when our agreed upon time frame was up. The children all loved the animals and had a great time! Will highly recommend to friends and family and certainly use JCC again if we ever have a need. 5 stars from us!!!
We’ve used Jacksonville Carriage Company since 2002. Our youngest is turning 12 in May and she really wants to have them back.
