Not a good experience at all trying to book a party for my daughter. Was very nice first time we spoke. Was told they just need to confirm the date and would call right back, never did.. I called back twice throughout the day, no answer. Next day still no call so I called them. Then same person was nice day before now was rude for some reason. We used Jacksonville Carriage Co for our 5 year old's birthday party. They were great! Very professional and grreat with the kids. The pony rides and the petting zoo were the highlight of the party! Will definitely book them again for future events!!
Jacksonville carriage company was at an even yesterday that me and my family attended. That was one of the things my kids looked forward to was the pony rides. The people were very nice and you can tell the horses are taken really good care of.
My daughters had a wonderful time at a friends party with this company. Once my girls are ready to have a big party I will definitely be using Them! Thank you again!
Just attended an event today with their petting zoo, and I have to say it was an excellent experience. The animals were in great condition, the people from Jax Carriage were friendly and obviously cared for the animals. I was very impressed with their operation.
Bieni is wonderful to work with! She is 100% dedicated and reliable. Her horse Joe and Cinderella carriage are amazing!
