copied from my Google review. just bought the car Saturday so it was already fairly clean. No hair or anything to vacuum out. The car was clearly owned by a smoker so I asked for detailing to take the smoke scent out. This was still $120 although no trash or anything really to do but shampoo. I expected they still wipe down the inside but my daughters feet marks were still on the backseat and I do not believe the interior headliner was cleaned at all which means the smoke scent will return. I have used this car wash numerous times, and I probably will never come back. Don’t get me wrong I don’t care what people do on their own time but when employees are hanging out in their car smoking weed and then going back to work and driving one of our vehicles through the car wash is not OK. I gave them a dirty look and they laughed..... while they were in there Jackson uniform!

Very slow, uncoordinated, unmanaged cleaning crew creating quite a bottleneck. Relentless up sell for other unwanted services.
I took my 2019 Silverado (black) to this spot and paid 40.00 and the job they did was very unsatisfactory. never going back again.
This has to be the worst car wash I have ever had. It took me more time cleaning everything they missed than the car wash itself. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location, I watched two people get upset as their vehicle sat at the front of the line with no one tending to them for a extended amount of time. Two thumbs down.

payed 25 for a wash and a wipe down inside and a vacuum ...they didn't vacuum the middle or back of my vehicle windows were left with film and didn't clean off my name off window ... they took my vehicle to re vacuum...it sat there for 15 min no one touched it. then someone came out with a towel waving made me back out of a crowded area....i have pictures not a happy camper and I will not send friends
