Had a car wash done today around 12pm. I have used Jackson’s multiple times and have the monthly wash pass as well. Usually I have no issues besides the occasional missed dirt or not the greatest detailing job, I spend a lot of money on services monthly and send my family to this location. but I feel that when one of your employees takes cash from a vehicle that it warrants a review and to bring attention to the matter. Just paid $100+ for an oil change and car wash. Paid extra to have the dash wiped down - diff Didn’t know it meant only where they could reach and not move the air freshener! It looks like the vacuum spit up on the floor rather than sucking up the dirt. I don’t expect perfection, but for this much money, I do expect a good job!!
Worst car wash experience!! Save your money and go somewhere that can provide a quality service!
