Waited 1-1/2 hours. Inside of doors not cleaned. Tire shine not done on bed rails or running boards. 5 vehicles that came out after mine done before mine was done. Service gets worse and worse.
RecommendedI was looking for a full detail on my 2014 Dodge Ram. I spoke with Matthew and he recommended the works. I'm a real stickler when it comes to car wash detailing. I was REALLY impressed. They literally cleaned every inch of the inside of that truck. Put all my stuff in a bag so it wouldn't get wet from all the shampooing of the upholstery and carpet. AMAZING job! I guess I should have read the multitude of terrible reviews before going. Exactly as bad as everyone says - “full service detail” that doesn’t bother even meeting the level of a basic wash. Absolute waste of money and will never return.
RecommendedLook most of the time I go it’s fine which is why I am not doing a full on thumbs down. But we are in the middle of a pandemic, I don’t want the dude checking me in to have his mask around his neck. This was I guess the fashion because many of your staff were wearing them like that or not at all. meh...for a top notch carewash you paid for and with tip...still alot of spots missed, need to revacuum and re wipe the inside ..to shiny in one spot and dull on the next..and see spray spots that wasn't wipe down..

I don’t normally post bad reviews but this is deserving!! Two days before delivering my baby I decided to get a car wash to have that done before his arrival. My license plate got ripped off in their tunnel. I waited in the 110 degrees August weather 9 months pregnant for them to look for it for over 45 minutes. They never found it.
