I am super disappointed in the car wash I received. My husband and I took both our cars in for an oil change and car wash. We spent over $220. We upgraded our car wash to the VIP selection. I was annoyed first of all because of all the up selling they tried to do but I get it, it’s their job. Then I was VERY UPSET when I got home and looked in the backseat of my car and it wasn’t touched at all. No vacuum. No wipe down. Nothing! Always being harrassed to buy a new windshield, won't take no for an answer, force their stupid flyers on you. The one time I did replace with them it took them 4 tries to get it right. #1 Replaced with defective glass, #2 Showed up without tools or glass ??, #3 Didn't show/didn't call, #4 Did the job but left side windows up all the way after I came out to crack them and kid said he could handle everything. I paid 25 dollars to wash my own car basically. Asked the drying attendant if he could get the bug smear of 1 window and the stank face he gave me when I made that request spoke volumes. Never again. There was dirt still on my back bumper and the windshield was not windexed, it was water spotted.

Complete scam!!! I was scammed by “An Interior Refresh” today 6/26/20. I paid $73.00 not including tip. They NEVER touched my back hatch, not did they communicate it did NOT include the whole interior. I called to report to the business that I had been scammed and they DID NOT care. In fact gave me attitude. DO NOT waste your money here. False advertisement! I’m contacting the BBB.
