Always great food, service and a fun atmosphere! Happy to see baskets are back vs dinner plates, goes better with the relaxed fun environment.
Music in the bar area WAY too loud last night, we moved into the table area. We love music, but not when you can't talk or hear the person you are with. Been there several other times and it wasn't like this, bartenders who were working then? Bar area is small and lower ceilings, didn't even sound good!
The only reason It's two stars is because the two beers I had were good. The pot pie was a bowl of buttered onions with mushrooms, chunks of raw carrots and celery, topped of with two stale puffed pastries. And all this glory for only $12! NOT GOOD.
Yummy food last night. Had the Cubano sandwich and a macho nachos. Great service can't wait to try the fish fry
I wish there was a review on food vs customer service. Food is AMAZING! We go almost once a week, tried their new meatballs on ciabatta bread tonight, very good! BUT .... some of the staff are so rude and you most definitely can tell who the owners are, walking around with "that face" not approachable at all, not a smile or a thanks for coming in! Highly recommend the food, if you can handle disappointing service!!
Great place to hang out with friends. It was my first time there, but I will be returning again. Not to mention the food was delicious.

Nice little neighborhood bar. The food is very good...the patrons, friendly. I love how the bar opens all of their large windows so you feel like you are outside, especially when the outside patio is full! Come and get to know Jackson's!
