The only good thing about this place was the happy hour special. We sat over 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Another table came in after us and got served very quickly. We finally went to the bar ourselves. Then the waitress came and apologized saying the new girl was supposed to help us. That waitress came over and apologized and we never saw her again. I wish I could give 0 stars. For what used to be a go- to place we are disgusted. Had to do bathroom maintenance just to use the rest room, horrible lunch service and then the obnoxiously inebriated owner thought his own whims more important than that of his clientele this evening. Also the once great food has lost is shine. If you are at all interested in quality, customer service, basic respect, or simply not having to plunge the toilet after the patron prior to you... Not your spot!

How about you say thank you for the free shuttle service we provided you. I also spent 50k this year on two new shuttles so that our customers could enjoy a more comfortable ride. And as far as the "inconvenience" you made a 30 second pit stop to pick up my daughter and I. So sorry to put you out!! It was very crowded and service was horribly slow.
We tried Jacksons for the first time and loved it. Food was great, service was great, atmosphere was great! Places like this is why we look forward to returning to Milwaukee!
