Friendly and fast
I am the service manager at a truck dealership and upfitter on the South Side of PGH. I began doing business with a different local welding supply company for many years until they were bought out by a large company. I gave it 2 months and not only did the prices jump drastically, the service I got was horrible. That is how I become a regular customer at Jackson. Listed a welder on Facebook marketplace. Messaged the seller and said we could pick it up the next day. An hour and half into our drive, got a Facebook notification that the price was raised. The excuse was they had not done their research on the value. Would not honor the original agreed upon price so we turned around and went home. Be aware of a bait and switch from this business and their employees.
