This company hires the worst field agents available. They will piss off your neighbors so badly. It will make a giant headache for you. They block in cars. They are aggressive towards neighbors swearing at them. They just create problems. Seek out a different service or you’ll pay. You are warrant here’s a license plate at one of the cars that was blocking me in this morning. The guy started swearing at me as if parking on my property was his right. Florida plate GAJY89. Avoid at all costs.

Seems a common theme with this company - your employees ! I had to deal with some really rude, aggressive, obnoxious man this morning. He pulled up on my driveway oh and btw he wasn’t called to our home and just decided he was going to park on my driveway and block me in. I politely asked him to move and got a mouthful of abuse. Here is the truck registration plate if you see him around stay clear - GAJ Y89

I have to give credit to the teams at Jackson Total Service. I rent, and after a small mishap on their first visit over 3 years ago, they've consistently gone above and beyond to keep my home secure and my pets safe. They always address my specific concerns and explain things clearly, ensuring I fully understand the work. It's refreshing to have a company that advocates for quality, safety, and thoroughness in the service they provide.
