Connor had been here before so he knew his way around and where everything was. When I asked questions (not many) he was able to answer quickly. A very helpful member of your staff.

Really appreciate their level of customer service, when they finish the job, there was a slight Internet issue. When I called to let them know about it, they immediately sent help to fix it right away. I’ve been with them for a year now, and have used them multiple times, and appreciate how they always go above and beyond. Prior to Total Jackson, I’ve used numerous electricians over the past seven years, and it feels good when you find a really good contractor that you can trust.
