Be forewarned - unless you see and inspect the exact place you are renting, be prepared for a bait & switch of monumental proportions. Nasty stained mattress, rusted non-functioning appliances, and they charge a pretty penny for it. They are about as close to a slum lord as it gets, do yourself a huge favor and don't make the mistake we did - run, don't walk away from anything with their name on it.
lied to tenants about receiving security deposits. Even when the house was given to tenants in less than desirable conditions, and returned in pristine condition, we were still charged a cleaning fee in the amount of our security deposit, plus an additional processing fee on the deposit than had already been paid.

Misleading lease agreement made me believe that if I cleaned the unit I would receive my deposit back. Never got my deposit, very rude customer service in dealing with this issue, and poor ownership.
