First things first MAKE SURE everything they said they’d do to make the apartment livable and enjoyable is done BEFORE you move in or pay rent because once you pay they’ll take their SWEETEST time responding to work orders. I won’t be too specific but its OBVIOUS after only a month of living in one of their properties that they prioritize collecting rent WAY MORE than keeping their word smh. I have nothing bad to say about jackson properties. Every interaction I have with them is a good one where they always are working to do the best for you! I’ve lived with other housing companies and they blow them out of the water. So helpful, great snacks 24/7, maintenance whenever you need it. I couldn’t be happier with them
Jackson properties is a great option for student housing! They offer free food once a month and are always on top of their maintenance requests. Also everyone that works here is always so helpful and kind. 10/10 recommend.
